I’m not sure if my order went through. How can I check its status?

Once a successful order has been placed, we will send an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address provided. If you have not received a confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you are still unsure whether your order was successful, please contact info@volklore.com for further assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. However, we will accept returns. Please refer to our Returns page for further details.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, purchases returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt by the customer can be returned for a full refund. Please refer to our Returns page for further details.

I purchased an item but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

We pride ourselves on quality products and service, and so we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please send us an e-mail at info@volklore.com with your order reference number, name, address and contact phone number and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We understand this can be frustrating, but unfortunately we are unable to refund any further markdowns.

The product I want is sold out. Can I pre-order it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take pre-orders at this time. We suggest you join our mailing list and check our website and Facebook page. We will be updating them regularly with exciting news of upcoming products and sales so you don’t miss out!
