Return of faulty or incorrect items
If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please e-mail us at email@example.com. Please quote your order reference number, name, address, contact phone number and details of the product, as well as the reason for return.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please return the item to us, as outlined under the Terms & Conditions, and follow the guidelines in the Returns Procedure.
All exchanges are subject to the same terms and conditions as all other returns.

Please note that purchased items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest that you send parcels using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use a special delivery service, or if that is not available in your territory, an insured carrier service. The cost of returning an item to us is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty goods that have been previously confirmed by our customer services team.
